We promise and strive to provide you with a best-in-class shopping experience at every step of the way. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact. We take pride in delivering on time, every time!! If you have shopped with us earlier, we are of course confident that you already vouch for us.
We offer free shipping to major areas of India on most products. We might incur some additional costs in shipping products to places outside India for which we would charge a nominal and applicable shipping fee from you to help us meet the additional costs.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME:
Please enter your default pin code on the product page to know more accurate delivery time on the product page itself. An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
Traditionally, we strive to have the product dispatched for delivery to you within 48 business hours after confirmation of your order, and you can be assured that we will try our best to meet our goals. However, there might be circumstances beyond our control where this timeline cannot be maintained. In such cases, we will ensure that the product reaches you within 15-20 days of purchase failing which your order shall be automatically cancelled and an email would be sent to you accordingly.
**Business hours are defined as all working hours from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday, national and state holidays.
NO HIDDEN COSTS (SALES TAX, OCTROI ETC):
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase with PEACH BLOSSOM. The prices listed on the website are final and all-inclusive cost. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.
CERTAIN LOCATIONS MIGHT NOT BE DELIVERED:

Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on:
- Our shipping partners/courier services, whether they ship to your location.
- Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location.
- The availability of optional reliable courier services in your location.
THE COD OPTION MAY NOT BE OFFERED IN CERTAIN LOCATIONS:
Availability of Cash on Delivery option depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value which might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if COD is available in your location.
You could track the status of your order from the “My Account” Tab available on the Homepage of our website which shall give a personalised space to view and track all your Orders with us.
In any case, email and sms are sent to you after the Order is shipped that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider.
If you have the tracking information (reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner’s website and check for your Order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do write to us via email and thereby giving your order number and we will be happy to help you.
